Pyramid catered my wedding in August of 2025 and I was extremely happy with their service. The office staff for Pyramid communicated well over the months leading up to the wedding and made the organization and planning seamless. We did a private tasting ahead of our final food selection and the experience was great. We had chicken, salmon, and beef as main proteins, and had compliments from many guests on the food, especially the salmon. The service at the wedding was also great. We served around 125 people at a fair price for the quality and amount of food served Buffett style. I would highly recommend Pyramid for anyone’s wedding or large event.

The whole team was amazing. They were so helpful and professional throughout my whole wedding planning process. Shoutout to Pedro who was always so responsive. My guests were all raving about the food and left the wedding with full bellies plus leftovers!

We had the pleasure of working with Pyramid Catering for an ARCs event at Stone Way Auto, and they absolutely delivered. Ben, Pedro, and their team were fantastic—efficient during setup, incredibly professional, and a breeze to work with from start to finish.

They provided a delicious double-sided buffet that was beautifully presented and kept the flow of guests moving smoothly. The food was a huge hit—flavorful, fresh, and clearly prepared and served with care.

Pedro, who I worked closely with, was always so responsive and helpful throughout the entire planning process. He made sure to answer all of my questions promptly and offered great advice whenever I needed it. His professionalism and attention to detail really put me at ease. Everyone I interacted with from Pyramid Catering was super friendly and accommodating. The level of customer service was outstanding, and it truly felt like they cared about making our day perfect.

The food—wow! It was absolutely fantastic. We had such a wide variety of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. I wish I had more pictures of the food but that's when the photographers were having their lunch break.

The staff did an amazing job with the setup as well. The tables looked beautiful, and the presentation of the food was spot on. It was clear they put a lot of effort into making everything look and feel special.

Pyramid Catering provided AMAZING food and service at my daughter's wedding on 10/12/2024! I heard from so many guests that it was the best food they had ever eaten at a wedding. My daughter and I did a pre-wedding food tasting session (where the food was wonderful) but honestly, I thought, it doesn't mean we aren't going to have cold chicken on the day of the wedding. At the wedding, I was blown away by the quality of the food; it was absolutely delicious (and we have been having leftovers for a few days). The service was great. Just a wonderful experience.

Pedro was amazing throughout our planning process and was so accommodating to all the changes we made throughout (even days before the wedding). Food was absolutely delicious!! Many of our guests came up to us saying it was the best wedding food they've ever had. The staff on the day of the wedding were efficient, organized and super kind. Picking a catering place was so stressful looking at all of the options (expensive options) and we're so thankful we picked Pyramid for our special day. It is definitely the most inexpensive business to use and we're extremely happy with their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had an incredible experience with Pyramid Catering for our wedding! Their team—Hayley, Ben, Pedro, Amirca, and everyone else—were all exceptionally friendly and true experts in their field. The food was delicious, with the salmon being a huge hit among our guests. The pasta also received great feedback, and both dishes were a perfect way to showcase the flavors of the Pacific Northwest for our out-of-town visitors.

We also appreciated the transparency throughout the planning process. Their quote generator was super helpful and gave us a clear understanding of costs from the start. They even made several of our guests separate vegan meals so that we didn't need to think about including vegan options for everyone at a wedding that primarily had non-vegans in attendance.

We hired pyramid for our wedding catering and they were excellent. The food, the staff, the servers were all wonderful! Pedro helped us with the planning process and it was obvious he has a lot of experience with this as he helped with planning questions as well, and was always able to answer our many questions. We have absolutely no complaints and thank pyramid for helping our wedding go so smoothly!

Wish I could give a 10 star review. It is always so hard and risky picking a meal for 175 people!! But I am so so honest, when I saw we have no heard ONE bad thing about our food for 5.10.24. In fact a lot of the food was the favorite part! Big shout out to the Banh Mi sliders, Cheesy Potato Au Gratin and Salmon Essencia! Oh man, you guys knocked it out of the park and we can't wait to hire you again

We cannot recommend Pyramid catering enough after having them cater our wedding. First Pedro was fantastic to work with. He is so quick to respond, thorough, and was great at making recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted. He was one of our favorite vendors to communicate with out of everyone for our wedding. We were also so happy with the food. We had a buffet dinner for 200 people and they did a great job of getting everyone through the buffet quickly. And not only did we think the food tasted great, but had multiple guests tell us how fantastic the food was. We also had a decent amount of people with food restrictions and they were able to help us create a menu that accommodated most people and they made a special plate for one guest who had many food restrictions. And last, their bar service was amazing. We provided the alcohol and their bartenders mixed 2 cocktails for us and served beer and wine. We received so many compliments about the bartenders. We highly recommend Pyramid catering and are very grateful they were there for our wedding.

Pyramid did an amazing job with our wedding from start to finish. Our main point of contact, Pedro, was very professional, communicative, and easy to work with at every step of the planning process. He helped to keep us on top of deadlines as our special day got closer. Pyramid was flexible with special dietary requests. Pedro worked closely with us to cultivate a menu that felt meaningful for our occasion, and he and Chef Catherine coordinated the making of Jewish latkes and Danish abelskivers for our wedding appetizers. During our event, the servers were polite and attentive, making sure each of our guests had a wonderful time and had what they needed. And, the food was delicious, as were our fall themed signature cocktails! We would highly recommend Pedro and his team for any wedding or special event in need of catering services. As an aside, I run a nonprofit and have also used Pyramid for two different events, and they've been wonderful to work with there as well.
