This place is easily one of our favorite Vietnamese bakeries in Seattle. The bánh mì bread here is the best we’ve had in the city—light and airy on the inside, slightly chewy, and perfectly crispy on the outside, just like what you’d find in Vietnam. The fillings are solid and well-balanced, letting the bread really shine.

We also tried the pâté choux, a classic Vietnamese pastry, and honestly… it tasted even better than what we’ve had back in...
Good and cheap breads. I recommend getting the plain baguettes and heating them in an air fryer right before eating. The crust comes out really crispy and the inside is still fluffy. Tastes good even without fillings. Never have I liked eating plain bread so much.

My wife and I like this bakery, but the more we support we see that sandwiches are made for the Vietnamese citizens first before we get ours.

We ordered two combination sandwiches and waited about 20 minutes. During that waiting time, we noticed a Vietnamese guy that ordred eight sandwiches right after us got his sandwiches first. Then another Vietnamese girl who ordered after us got her sandwiches before us as well.
