We came here over the weekend to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday and we had such an amazing time. The staff were extremely friendly, made us feel welcomed, and gave us a great spiel on their teas and menu options. We ended up getting afternoon tea for our party of 6 and it was absolutely perfect. Tea was tasty. Food was gorgeously displayed and yummy. Decor throughout the store was a perfect blend of England-tea-party-girlie-maximalism. Loved every bit of it. Highly recommend! Side note: we ended up dressing up for the occasion, not everyone in the restaurant did, but it made it such a fun outing for all of us. Definitely recommend dressing up and grabbing your fancy tea hat and gloves 🫖💕
What a wonderful little tea shop! They got so many different types of tea here, as well as very beautiful cups and other wares. There's also a patio to enjoy tea when it's not rainy.
Cute little store with many different formal tea sets and fancy loose leaf teas. I had the birthday cake wishes rooibos tea and the creamy earl grey. Both were excellent.
I visited queen Mary tea emporium recently to pick out a gift and some interesting tea flavors for afternoon tea I am hosting and it was such a great experience. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with the most amazing smell of different teas. They've got tons of interesting tea flavors and really cool British tea-themed gifts. The vibe in the store is super chill, and the one staff member there was friendly. If you're into tea or need a cool gift, you should definitely stop by!
The food and tea was good but the service was bad. The server was rushing us in getting out. We had a reservation for 2 hrs(party of 3) and at around 1hr 35 min mark she came and asked if we needed a to go cup when she saw us pouring more tea. We said we are working on it and she rudely said just so you know we have another reservation coming up when we clearly had 20-25 extra minutes. Plan better and communicate better! Snapping and being pushy is not cool.I wanted to love this place but won't be coming back due to bad service.
Great high quality fresh loose tea options. When we arrived there was a sample kettle of tea out for the customers. The shop is small and quaint with decent pricing but not the most competitive likely due to distribution buying power for small shop. Highly recommended some of the best loose tea mixes here in Seattle.
Best tea! And lots of fun, pretty tea things
Great service. Lovely presentation. Wonderful setting.
Excellent quality teas and food. Place is very small, with cramped seating and the Victorian chic styling looking a little dated, but a fun tea time experience outside of hotel options.
It’s a great place. Cute little shop. Wonderful food, great service.

When your only complaint is that you can't eat all the food, is it really a complaint? Queen Mary has put together quite an afternoon tea treat. Even when we recently had to add a member to our party, they graciously figured out a way to do and make our experience delightful. A suggestion for future menus: perhaps a few more savory items on the children's tea and less sweets
A very large selection of teas. Recommend!Just do not confuse, this is a store and a few steps up the street is already a restaurant for tea drinking.
Beautiful place, beautiful experience
Great experience to celebrate my moms 70th. I loved the taste testing and the knowledge people that work there
Every time I have come here over the years, the service is impeccable, the food fantastic and the decor welcoming. An experience not to be missed!
