Pancita at Pair offers phenomenal dishes like brisket suadero tacos, albacore tuna tostada, and chicken en mole. The restaurant is known for its farm-to-table approach, with everything made by hand, including the tortillas. The tuna tostadas are a highlight, being incredibly crunchy with a texture similar to a parmesan cheese crisp. The menu features a variety of flavorful options, and although the place can be a little expensive, the focus on quality makes it worth it. The ambiance feels cozy, like being in a grandma's house, and the flavors are truly incredible. Despite some delays in service, the experience is highly recommended for a delicious meal.
