Food was pretty good, but the crudo way too salty. Service was sooo slow, were there for almost 2 hours and rarely saw the waiter. Seemed ridiculous for a Monday evening when the restaurant was only half full. Auto-gratuity of 20% was not earned/deserved based on our experience.
Since I always want to be able to get a seat here- I probably shouldn't tell you how good the food was or how good the service was; Raccolto was a hidden gem until recently- now I can't wait to return :) .
My partner and I LOVE the food at Raccolto. It's a perfect place for a date night, even sitting at the small bar is pleasant. I celebrated my birthday there once and we were able to have the whole upstairs to ourselves, which was super sweet. However, now we have three kids, and we want our kids to be exposed to nice places and amazing food, but it's not very family friendly.
