It was my first time checking this place out after hearing so many great things about it. Believe the hype, this place is amazing. The chicken sandwich is quality, perfectly breaded and seasoned and the ginger beer was the best I've had. The ambiance is really nice too, peaceful and elevated. What really left me wanting to return imminently was the customer service we received from Em. Most places nowadays have good customer service but the service my partner and I received from Em was just superb. Thanks to her service and the food, we will be returning regularly.

I LOVE this location! Super cozy spot tucked away nicely in the area. Excellent, attentive service from my bartender, Em, who had a smile on their face during my entire visit even through a couple of rushes, and didn’t miss a beat when it came to helping or offering small samples of the several (all delicious) different ginger beers they offer. Now I also know where to find one of my new favorite spicy chicken sandwiches in the whole city. Keep up the great work, folks!

I love Rachel's. I highly recommend the Blood Orange (tart) or the White Peach (sweet) as they are my favorites but you can always taste samples. I bring all my visitors to here as it's something different and unique to Seattle.

This place was recommended by some friends and it delivered. Nice place to go for lunch. The blood orange ginger beer was killer 🍻

Fantastic A+ service, great overall vibe. Get the Moscow M
ule and extra daikon pickles with the spicy chicky sammy and fries.

I'm literally obsessed with Rachel's Ginger Beer during my trip to Seattle.

Personally I really liked Pink Guava, Blood Orange, Cranberry x Orange (seasonal) in descending order. You can taste the ginger decently well in the drink itself and it's fizzy!

I've tried the spiced honeycrisp (seasonal), mango, blueberry, blackcurrant but they were just okay, not as good as the ones I liked. Tip is that you can ask for testers if you really can't decide what to get.

Really recommend it's super refreshing. Prices are 6 (14oz) and 8.5 (20oz) before tax.

I had their fires on a food tour and they were nice and crispy. Their ginger beer was very good and more on the lemony side.

Great service, good ambiance, patio is nice.

One star for prices. Paid $18 for a frozen slushie pre-made margarita poured out of a machine, that you order at a counter, and pick up / bus yourself. Those are handmade speciality cocktail prices. Not to mention it’s served in a skinny glass not one of those big margarita bowls. Neither quantity or quality. Hard pass for the future.

When I visited Seattle a few summers ago, I came across this exact Rachel's store and bought a drink to quench my thirst. Best random drink purchase of my trip! I revisited Rachel's in different locations to try all their delish flavours at least 3 times before I left the city (I was there for a week)...and I'm still raving about it from across the globe. Possibly the best ginger beer I've had anywhere.

Interesting local ginger beer spot with good food options. The service setup was a bit odd (wasn't immediately clear what could be ordered where etc) but the staff we interacted with were great. My drink was overly sweet for my taste, but the sandwich we had was solid.

Ordered the El Diablo and all could taste was the earthiness of ginger root. I couldn't taste alcohol or casis. My wife ordered spicy pineapple which was soooo good. I wish I ordered the shot with spicy pineapple.
