It was my first time checking this place out after hearing so many great things about it. Believe the hype, this place is amazing. The chicken sandwich is quality, perfectly breaded and seasoned and the ginger beer was the best I've had. The ambiance is really nice too, peaceful and elevated. What really left me wanting to return imminently was the customer service we received from Em. Most places nowadays have good customer service but the service my partner and I received...

I LOVE this location! Super cozy spot tucked away nicely in the area. Excellent, attentive service from my bartender, Em, who had a smile on their face during my entire visit even through a couple of rushes, and didn’t miss a beat when it came to helping or offering small samples of the several (all delicious) different ginger beers they offer. Now I also know where to find one of my new favorite spicy chicken sandwiches in the whole city. Keep up the great work, folks!

I love Rachel's. I highly recommend the Blood Orange (tart) or the White Peach (sweet) as they are my favorites but you can always taste samples. I bring all my visitors to here as it's something different and unique to Seattle.
