The atmosphere at this restaurant is very good. Nice bar/restaurant. We had a reservation for my wife's birthday and were seated immediately at a table set for us. The whiskey selection is off the charts, if they don't serve it here it probably isn't worth your time. The service was sub par, took quite awhile for a waitress to come help us. After ordering our food it was an acceptable amount of time for service. However the waitress didn't get the order right and brought me the wrong dish. My wife ordered the brisket, which she finished eating before I even had my food due to them bringing me the wrong dish, however the brisket was more of a shredded beef roast and not served as brisket should be. Way over cooked, flavor was good but not a typical brisket. $35 for a small serving and only came with a few greens on the side. I ordered steak bites, and when they arrived about 45 minutes after ordering, they were over cooked, and a poor cut of meat. Very chewy and tough. Served only with a couple pieces of blue cheese and a half dozen pieces of onion. That meal is lacking for the $26 they charge for it. Once it was brought to the waitresses attention that she sent the wrong meal to me she never came back. Others in the restaurant were sent to check on us. Luckily they didn't charge me for the meal since they screwed it up, but I find it sad that the waitress couldn't even bring herself to show her face at our table again. We both left very disappointed in the meal. And we were so looking forward to a nice date night for her birthday. Flew into town just for the occasion and we were let down

Fantastic whiskey selection, but my gin cocktail was great and the Papas Pilar barrel selection rum was caramel and so smooth. Had a bunch of tasty vegetarian collections - really good quality. Will absolutely be back.

We visited Radiator Whiskey for our wedding anniversary and had a delightful time. The bone marrow was especially amazing, and the server made us feel very comfortable and even readily helped with a minor substitution we requested. Great environment, felt very private even in a busy night.

Radiator has a busy and fun vibe. It's a relatively small space so it did get just a bit noisy while we were there, but that's part of the fun at a place known for its bourbon collection. The cocktails were excellent and the food was very good. The food runs a bit on the heavy side so go hungry! Great experience and recommended!

A must go place every time I'm in town. Some friends and I discovered this place on a work trip and have loved it ever since. When my husband had a work trip in Seattle I was so excited to tag along and take him here for dinner. He loved it just as much. The food and the ambiance are great, such a cool hidden gem in the city.
Really fun place and fantastic staff. We've had dinner here a few times and always has been good. On our last visit however, the smoked chicken Cesar Salad had barely chicken and the chicken wasn't smoked. The pork shank was good though.
