Excellent service despite delay and busy party crowd! Good was great, great experience for whiskey drinkers

First time here—came on a friend's recommendation, but they must've been drinking heavily when they made it. The food was honestly terrible. The fried chicken was so overcooked it was nearly inedible, and like most disappointing meals, it was also overpriced. We also tried the burger, which was just okay—nothing special. Even the mac and cheese didn't hold up—it wasn't even as good as the boxed stuff. On the bright side, the drinks were great! If I ever come back, it would definitely be for the drinks, not the food.

The restaurant was excellent. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. The selection of whiskeys they had was unlike anything I've ever seen. Their specialty cocktails were superb. The location is right at the entry of the Public Market Center. There were 4 of us at the table and we all shared the Baked Fontina appetizer, Hanger Steak, and Fried Pork Shank. The portions were so big that between the four of us, we couldn't finish the food at the table. The restaurant was a little loud but there were 3 tables of more than 8 people in there so we contributed the noise to that. The place is small but doesn't feel cramped. If you like good drinks or good food, this place should be on your list of places to eat in Seattle.

This is a place to go solely for drinking... we had two entrees and they both were so dry to the point of inedible. We had to send them back. The chicken and the brisket. The only good thing to eat was their cornbread! Enjoy the alcohol.

Whiskey Sour with Maker’s blend was incredible..Bartenders are all so sweet!!
We work in food industry and they gave us industry discount as well..🫶💕😘🥰😍💞We also got Mushrooms as our appetizer, Beef Short ribs as our main course, and lastly to pair with the crazy deep fried Bread pudding which is out of this world!!!💞😋😍💕We are all super happy that we went. We will not forget about our experience at Radiator Whiskey and will recommend all of our friends and family for future trips to Seattle.

Read about this place in Whiskey Advocate and it delivered on a recent Seattle trip. Easy to find if you follow the instructions on the website. Sat at the bar, friendly service, nice range of pre-selected flights, which came with helpful tasting notes and was a good value. I passed on what a tempting selection of barrel-aged cocktails and went for a single pour of Blanton's Gold. Good energy/noise level, and will absolutely return next time I'm in town.

Went here for happy hour and ordered off that menu. The baked fontina appetizer was the star of what we tried, but just not enough bread to pair with all the cheese. More bread please! We also got the pulled pork and fried chicken sandwiches. They were both good but a bit bland on the dry side, especially the pulled pork.

Great food and drinks! Especially the burnt ends.

Burnt ends and bone marrow, who could ask for more? Excellent cocktails and whiskey selection. My daughter and husband enjoyed the bone marrow luge.

It's a pretty cool place located on the second floor in the Pike Street marketplace. They have a great selection of rare bourbons and some tasty snacks. We had the baked fontana and some tots loaded with a fried egg, gravy, and pulled pork. The snack was nice and hearty. We also had their smoked old fashioned, which was delightful. Overall, a fun place to check out.

Run, don't walk, to your experience at radiator Whiskey. What a treat, this was an excellent evening. As an out of towner, I will be back here on my next trip to Seattle. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The cocktails were all delicious, and would order any of them again.

The pigs ears were delicious! Never tried them before but the spices and texture were awesome. Do not sleep on the baked cheese, my goodness! The garlic, onions, cheese deliciousness, should be ordered post haste! I also ordered the BBQ pulled pork, and as a BBQ connoisseur, this was very solid and beyond my expectations.

The smoked old fashioned as well, be sure to try. This will have more smoke than you were expecting, but totally worth it, they continuously smoke the whiskey, and it lives up to its name.

If I were local, I'd be frequenting this spot for sure. Hope to be back on my next trip out.
