Raised Doughnuts and Cakes

I remember going to their previous location and this new location is more convenient to get to. So big upgrade there.

One thing I'd like to speak to is their take on an everything but the bagel donut. By far one of my favorite iterations compared to other places.

One other type of donut that I enjoy getting here is when they do a fritter. It's consistently an enjoyable donut, especially when they change up the flavor profile.

Don't discount their other donuts though. It's just for me. These ones were the ones that stood out.

Raised does great donuts. I’d appreciate not being asked if I want to tip the cashier every time I buy a donut though. Tipping for service is nice but for someone to put a (pricey) donut in a bag is tipping culture at its finest.

Cute little doughnut shop. My favorite was the maple bar: just a good, classic doughnut with delicious dough. The raspberry holes were interesting and unexpected. I think they're rolled in freeze-dried raspberries which is pretty unique. But I found them a bit too tart and the texture was off. The mochi doughnuts were alright but the classic ones were much better.

I don’t know what they do to the doughnuts here, but it’s something magic! I have only had exceptionally delicious doughnuts here and friendly service. They’re pet friendly, too, which is a huge plus for me.

Fabulous cake. Beautiful and utterly delicious. Flavors pronounced and distinct, and the right amount of sweetness. Awesome service (ordered late). Cannot wait to get into the doughnuts. Great space too.

These doughnuts were the best we've probably ever had. Every time we travel we try a different doughnut shop. We arrived 5 minutes before opening, they opened on time, as we walked in the door there were 4-5 people in line behind us. When fresh, (ours definitely were) there is an amazing, thin crisp shell and perfect softness at the same time. The next time we are in the area we will definitely be back.

I love this donut shop! I remember when it first opened on 23rd and I'm so happy they are still in business and thriving. The donuts are so good! And the prices are actually really fair for Seattle these days. I'm impressed all around. The staff are always really nice too! 10 out of 10!

Mmmmmm is for mochi donuts

Donuts always deliver, flavors rotate, staff are friendly, and the drip coffee aint bad either. I personally cant ask for much more out of my neighborhood donut spot.

I’m on a mission to try every donut place in Seattle. I’ve come here a few times, and usually gotten of each donut. I am consistently impressed by this place. Great variety, flavors that are interesting without being weird, solid texture, nice mochinut. They never disappoint.

This gem doesn’t need my review, however I have purchased several cakes from here that have tasted perfect, but have also been beautiful. Love the attention to detail.
