Best doughnut spot in Seattle according to me :D Doughnuts are always fresh and soft and looks like they offer new original flavors every week! Cakes are also great, with lots of flavors I haven't seen anywhere else. Drip coffee they offer surprised me with its quality and rich flavor, since it's not a coffee spot. Lovely seating area, too. Highly recommend! Only thing I wish they were open for a bit longer on the weekends, and yes, they tend to sell out of doughnuts, which speaks for itself.

Love their delicious fluffy donuts ❤️
Simply amazing. Every donut we tried as amongst the best bites of sweetness we've ever had. Textures, flavors and decoration, all incredible. Friendly service and ambiance ta'boot. We feel lucky to have access to this place, and will continue to make an effort for a weekly pilgrimage.

My husband and I go to Raised every month to try their new flavors. They’re always very unique and fun to try. The workers are also very kind! It’s a great monthly tradition.

Nice bakery but the donuts aren’t really that great. They’re somewhat cheap though so not a rip off

I'm new to Seattle and I was out walking my dog when I saw your bakery. Your shop is literally around the block from my house. I'm so glad I stopped in your doughnuts are delicious and fluffy. Also you hot cocoa definitely hits the spot for comfort food. I'll be stopping by again.

I’m a frequent customer who’s been buying $25+ worth of donuts almost every week. I decided to take my mom here for her birthday on December 1st. The moment we walked in, the Asian owner was already giving us looks of disgust, but I ignored it and continued to order.
When I finished ordering my mom’s donuts, she ignored what I said next and aggressively pointed at the tip screen. I kept telling her I wasn’t done ordering. Instead of listening, she stuffed seven donuts into small bags. I politely asked for a box, and she insisted we take the bags. When she finally gave us a box, she tossed the donuts onto the counter, folded box in hand, as if we were an inconvenience.
This was supposed to be a small moment to cheer up my mom after my younger brother passed away in an accident. Then a white customer walked in, and suddenly the owner was full of smiles, offering her a box without the woman even asking.
This shop clearly only treats white customers with respect. If you’re a person of color, you’re treated like a nuisance. It’s sad to see another minority carrying a colonial mindset. I’ll never forget the negative experience she gave us.
If you’re a minority, avoid this place. She only wants white people in her shop.

Their pumpkin fritter absolutely blew me away

I love this place so much. I got the pumpkin pie filled donut & it was the best donut I’ve had in my entire life. I also got a drip coffee which was lovely as well. It’s so cute inside too with lots of big windows so nice seeing the fall leaves outside too. 10/10 recommend what a treat!

I remember going to their previous location and this new location is more convenient to get to. So big upgrade there.
One thing I'd like to speak to is their take on an everything but the bagel donut. By far one of my favorite iterations compared to other places.
One other type of donut that I enjoy getting here is when they do a fritter. It's consistently an enjoyable donut, especially when they change up the flavor profile.
Don't discount their other donuts though. It's just for me. These ones were the ones that stood out.

Raised does great donuts. I’d appreciate not being asked if I want to tip the cashier every time I buy a donut though. Tipping for service is nice but for someone to put a (pricey) donut in a bag is tipping culture at its finest.
Cute little doughnut shop. My favorite was the maple bar: just a good, classic doughnut with delicious dough. The raspberry holes were interesting and unexpected. I think they're rolled in freeze-dried raspberries which is pretty unique. But I found them a bit too tart and the texture was off. The mochi doughnuts were alright but the classic ones were much better.
