The apple fritter doughnut was light and airy, it was delicious and felt much healthier than the traditional apple fritters which are soaked with oil. In addition to classic flavors they also have fun flavors such as guava mochi and haupia malasada. To top it off the coffee is the cheapest I’ve found at $2.25! Great environment to hang out at as well.

These are the best donuts in Seattle. Raised Doughnuts and Cakes's creative and balanced rotating flavors keep me coming back at least a couple times a month. Their donuts are made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and each donut is made with a clear attention to detail by their passionate, friendly, and skilled team.

Awesome doughnuts, MiKim is the best when it comes to everything baking! Doughnuts are a must try. Best around!Gotta love the monthly change of donuts. Pineapple upside down and the bacon cruelest are must haves.?????? Go Go Donuts!Noodle the mascot is awesome! ?Parking: Spots are tight, seems to be sized for subcompact autos and even then very tight in the parking garage.

Just hit this up. Sorry, close to the worst doughnuts we’ve had. Straight oil. Had lots of mochi doughnuts in Pan Asian settings. “Raised Doughnuts” are not the mochi doughnuts we were expecting. Small, heavy, and oily vs light, fluffy, and satisfying. Also, a little side note. When you have to ask customers not to lean on the front glass because it’s too flimsy, it’s time to make it less flimsy. Interesting flavors, poor execution, wasted money. Doughnuts ended up in the trash.
Amazing donut selection and beautiful cakes. A small line out the door on the Saturday I visited. I got there at the opening time. Line moved fairly quickly. Great selection if you go early. Donut varieties change seasonally and monthly. Highly

The best birthday cakes! Every time I get one of these cakes people comment that it's the best cake they've ever had. The lemon curd is such a wonderful filling. And the cake itself is a work of art! So grateful to have this bakery in the area!

Wonderful donuts and amazing prices only $2-$3.25!! The sugared mochi donut was my favorite, then the passion fruit glaze with dried strawberries. Cute space with friendly service to hang out or work for a little bit with a two dollar cup of drip coffee.

I’ve tried this place once. Really good donuts. The problem is the parking. I can never find parking to get into the store. Which is probably a good thing for my waist.. but, not my cravings! If this place was easier accessible 5 stars for sure. But it loses one star for all the disappointing times I couldn’t get in

As someone who is gluten free, raised doughnuts is such a gift. Before I found them it’s been impossible (hopeless?) to find a doughnut that tastes like an actual doughnut and is gluten free.Their mochi donuts of the month and the cinnamon sugar staple are so moist, chewy and delicious. Now the only thing I hope for is something maple or chocolate to really satisfy my frosting dreams! Also, my partner is not gf and loves their other doughnuts, we really think this place is special.
