Definitely the best ramen I've had since I went vegetarian seven years ago. Be warned, though: this is a very popular spot. We had to wait like 30 minutes to be seated, and the line was longer when we left than when we got in line!
They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, making it easy to find something for everyone. The service was quick, and the food was delicious. Depending on the time of day, the restaurant can get quite crowded and noisy, especially during peak lunch and dinner hours.
If you’re a vegetarian who doesn’t eat eggs, Danbo Ramen is a must-visit in Seattle. One of the few places offering egg-free thin noodles, so you don’t have to compromise on the authentic ramen experience.
