Regular kitfo made with diced onion, diced jalapeno, and garlic.
Quanta Firfir
Dried beef wot mixed with pieces of injera and one boiled egg.

Green Chicken
Boneless chicken meat cooked with spinach in a special sauce.

Fish
Fish Asa Goulash
Boneless fish, cut into small sizes and cooed Ethiopian style with herbs and garlic. Spicy.
Fish, Salad, and Bread
Whole trout or Tilapia fish cooked Ethiopian style with herbs and served with salad on the side and bread. Spicy.

Vegetables
Shiro Wot
Ground beans cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, and berbere sauce. Vegetarian.

The food was absolutely amazing! Writing this review before I’m even out of the restaurant because it’s that good. Got the lamb tibs with the vegetarian combination.

The best restaurant in all of Washington the perfect balance of flavors. I got the beef tibs the beef was extremely tender !! The vegetables were fresh, the salad was crisp and refreshing with a nice light vinaigrette. The injera was cooked to perfection , literally a food high… AMAZING!!
