Zil Zil Tibs
Extra-lean beef cut into finger-sized slices and cooked with onions, herbs, jalapenos, and black peppers served with injera.
King Kitfo
Regular kitfo made with diced onion, diced jalapeno, and garlic.
Quanta Firfir
Dried beef wot mixed with pieces of injera and one boiled egg.
Beef Tibs
Extra-lean beef cooked in homemade sauce (awaze), oil, herbs, onions garlic, jalapenos, and pepper. Served with awaze on the side.
Qey Wot
Extra-lean beef in thick spice sauce and mixed with onions, ginger, berbere (paprika), and Ethiopian butter served with injera.

Chicken drumsticks cooked in spiced sauce and mixed with onions, ginger, Ethiopian butter eggs, and herbs. Served with injera.
Green Chicken
Boneless chicken meat cooked with spinach in a special sauce.

Fish
Fish Asa Goulash
Boneless fish, cut into small sizes and cooed Ethiopian style with herbs and garlic. Spicy.
Fish, Salad, and Bread
Whole trout or Tilapia fish cooked Ethiopian style with herbs and served with salad on the side and bread. Spicy.

Vegetables
Shiro Wot
Ground beans cooked with onions, ginger, garlic, and berbere sauce. Vegetarian.
Gomen
Collard greens cooked with garlic, ginger, onions jalapenos, and herbs. Vegetarian.
Misir Wot
Split or whole lentils cooked in spices or without spices. Vegetarian.

Amazing food and a very welcoming atmosphere! Everything was fresh, authentic and flavorful and the service was great. The portion was generous and it felt like a home cooked meal. The owner was a very nice lady and please go support women owned businesses. Definitely one of my favorite spot for ethiopian and will be coming back!

Dined at Ras Dashen for the first time on my birthday with friends~ it was delicious food, fabulous service in a spacious main area with gorgeous art + great vibes; might be the best one on Cherry! 🇪🇹

Great food. Service is decent, they give off a “we cater to our regulars first” vibe. But staff are friendly enough. We mostly order to go. Veggie combo and lamb ribs. This is usually enough to feed my family of four.
