Loved it. Went for our anniversary. Best beef tartare in Seattle. Been to a couple of the other places who serve it, but they served oxidized grey beef.

Red Cow has an excellent happy hour, and I decided to treat myself to a somewhat decadent meal featuring the steak tartare, prime rib French dip, and crème brûlée. All three dishes were outstanding, but the clear standout was the tartare—rich, fatty, and perfectly portioned. The crostini were buttery and crisp without being overly hard, complementing the tartare beautifully.
