The music was amazing! DJ Y2K played Rwandan tracks, which made my night 🙌🤗. I really appreciate how he brings together sounds from Africa and the Caribbean—it creates such a powerful connection between the motherland and the diaspora 👊👊.
Editing a year later because we were so disappointed this weekend 08/2025. Afro beats night isn’t Afro beats night anymore. They play R&B, hip hop, and Caribbean music. The whole night they only played like 6-7 Afro beat songs.
