Stopped in for a late lunch before catching a flight to head back east. I found the Red Mill Burgers on a list of must visit burger places in or near Seattle. Burgers were fine but certainly have had better.
Burgers taste like Burger King whoppers, except made with real ingredients. Service is consistently slow. I guess that’s the price you pay for real ingredients made to order.
The burger wasn’t seasoned that much—the patty had a mild, simple flavor. Nothing mind blowing, but solid.
The fries were so good though. Super crispy, nutty. It could be one of the top three fries I’ve ever had.
