I’ve been coming to this restaurant almost every week — yesterday, in fact, I had a meal here. Today, I urgently needed to use the restroom, and was coldly turned away by a male staff member (short, thin, Chinese, glasses) who said I wasn’t a customer.
This is absolutely outrageous. I’ve spent so much money at this place, and to be treated like a stranger in need is not just bad service — it’s a slap in the face.
This staff member clearly lacks basic decency and business sense. News flash: loyal customers don’t owe you anything, and if this is how you treat people, you won’t keep them for long.
I’m deeply disappointed and frankly furious. You’ve just lost a loyal customer.
