Mima was amazing, food delicious, hotel experience surpassed my expectations. We will be back to the hotel and dine in again. Great home base when seeing a show at the Paramount Theater.
When we arrived at the restaurant, unfortunately the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant's number posted in OpenTable. Scott answered my phone call. I explained to him that I made a reservation through the app. He apologized for the misunderstanding that the app should not have been allowed to make the reservation do the time block I requested. Nevertheless he checked with available servers and kitchen staff to see if they could accommodate my party of 3 for brunch....
