Atmosphere pleasant aside from the rude customer who thinks everyone around him needs to hear his phone conversation.Service is SLOW...they look at you but never come to the table. No one has a smile. Later they blame it on a new computer system. No an excuse for poor attitude.Update..finally got food. Everything good and fresh. Ordered from menue. Didn't try the buffet.
The service is good, and my food was out in a timely manner. I've stayed here for conferences a few times now and eaten breakfast and dinner here.Food is good, could be better, but in my opinion is over priced. $22 for the breakfast buffet or similar pricing for ordering off the menu is a little jarring. Some of the off menu breakfast items just feel like re-packaged ingredients you'd get from the buffet anyway.All in all not bad, but prices should either be reduced...
I went on a Monday morning, a public holiday. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be served. If it was a buffet, there might not have been a long wait.
The meal itself was delicious, but unfortunately there was a mandatory 18% tip. (There are many restaurants like this in Seattle)
