Wow. We were 4 show going guests dining early before the show. First, the service is so pro, and it shows. Grace under stress and friendly. We had the focacia, rabbit, steak, ravioli, and fresh pasta. Everything was spectacular. Prepared perfectly, served beautifully, and that bread is to die for. The ambience feel is happy and light. Highly recommend.

A very cute little restaurant in the Greenlake/Wallingford neighborhood. It is walking distance from Greenlake. This is very cute restaurant for a casual lunch or a nice date night dinner. We got one of the sandwiches and it was very good. We would come back and get a burger any day. We especially loved the fries. We were sad that we didn't decide to get the truffle fries. That is next on our list. I was disappointed by my dish with the chicken and asparagus. I personally did not like the flavor profile of this dish. It tasted and felt oversaturated with the gravy/sauce that it was in. It felt like it lacked another ingredient. The waitress was very kind and gave us plenty of time to make our order. We will be back for the truffle fries!

Went for lunch. We had a very tasty salad & the pasta special of the day which we both enjoyed. It's not easy to find a place that we want to return to but this is such a place

A nice little neighborhood spot, not terribly ambitious kitchen but quite accomplished.

Food is fresh but really, really salty to the extent that its difficult to eat. We ordered the salmon (the portion size is small), sauce and side dishes too salty. We also got the Zoe burger, way way too salty. Both of us with two different dishes, so the over salting is not just a dish specific thing

Food made with care. Easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in my lifetime.

Restaurant Christine is a quintessential neighborhood gem! We don't live in the area but were nearby for a show and booked a table for four. The space is cozy and inviting, and the food was truly amazing. They were so accommodating of our tight timeline as well. We also appreciated their very large wine list - both by the bottle and by the glass! I hope the locals continue to support and rally around this wonderful spot!

Even the presence of children can't detract from how awesome the food and staff are. They deserve 6 stars for finding children's cups and activities seemingly out of the blue. The specials are always special, the seafood is always fresh and delicious, and get the desserts with some port.

This is an attractive restaurant with an open kitchen. The chef owner is very friendly and helpful. I love the seasonal menu selections - very fresh and interesting salads, pastas, seafood, and sandwiches. Excellent!

Very nice restaurant with a small but tasty menu. The service and food was amazing and there was a good selection of desserts after the main course. I would recommend the lamb.

What a charming restaurant! My friends and I came here for a late lunch on the weekend when we were in the area, right after a long stroll around Green Lake park. We had been looking up nearby places to eat and found Restaurant Christine, which boasted really great reviews. The interior of the restaurant felt simultaneously homey yet upscale, which was very impressive. The menu had a an extensive variety of dishes, and as someone who has strict food allergies, I was so appreciative by how patient all the staff was to accommodate my needs. I ended up going with the shrimp poboy sandwich, though the chef made alterations and served me grilled shrimp on a GF bun instead to abide by my gluten-free restrictions. Just as a heads up, fries are made in a shared fryer so I'd recommend subbing a side salad instead to avoid cross contamination. All the ingredients tasted so fresh! My friends ended up getting the risotta and the chicken marsala, which they thoroughly enjoyed as well. Overall, this was a great dining experience with incredibly courteous and kind staff and would highly recommend this place to others!

What a lovely gem!Came here with mother and wife on a Saturday for lunch and were really impressed by the food. The fried oyster po boy was something out of this world! I never knew you could have such good po boy outside of Louisiana ?Wife ordered the lamb gnocchi which was also very delicious! ? We also ordered a warm beet salad and a cannoli which we liked as well.Their lunch menu is quite reasonable. And their proximity to Green Lake makes this place an ideal fueling station after your run or biking tour. ?

Are you tired of fancy wannabe Seattle restaurants serving expensive yet does not worth eating type of food? Then Christine is the right place for you to eat. Each dish deserves the price and also an applause. Some of the menu items might have unfamiliar falvors that makes the experience even better. Cooking techniques and inclusion of vegegtables are perfect.Elk Osso Bucco/ Even better than mine and many others' grandmas recipes. Not gamy at all and truly slow cooked to perfection.Escralo Salad/ Wilted so well flavors of garlic and olives create an impressive harmony.AK Coho Salmon/ I was thinking I figured the best marination and cooking techniques for salmon. This is the best salmon dish in Seattle.Beef Liver/ I grew up in Istanbul, eating home cooked liver and always loved it. It is really hard to find these delicicies in PNW. They know what they are doing at Christine, best liver in town. The last and maybe the most important detail is the vibe at Christine. It is QUIET!!! Somehow there are yellers wherever you go/ People talk so loud, I believe many have hearing problems that they are not aware of. Christine's clients are talking softly. This might be the longest review I have ever written. Restaurant Christine deserves to be talked about.

I jump on my laptop to give five star reviews only when I feel passionately about getting the positive word out about awesome places and awesome experiences I've had. That being said, if I could give Restaurant Christine more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place is more than a hidden gem -- it's a treasure. The story begins last year on a rainy January day when my boyfriend proposed to me at Green Lake park and became my fiancee. To celebrate our engagement, we went to Restaurant Christine for a late lunch. We sat by the window and ordered a duck confit salad and an elk bolognese; chocolate truffle cake for dessert. Every bite was absolutely delicious and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect meal to accompany our most special occasion. We returned again on a rainy January day today, now married, for what we have now declared to be a yearly tradition. We came once again for a late lunch, and the meal was just as delightful as it was the first time. This time we had the vongole tagliatelle and wild boar sausage pasta, plus limoncello mascarpone cake for dessert. We gave our compliments to the wait staff and the chefs and let them know how much we love their food and their work. The ambiance is somehow all at once casual, intimate and delicate. You can taste all the attention and care they put into their menu. The flavors are joyful. The wine list is impressive. The dessert is amazing.I usually post pictures, but in this case, pictures just won't do it justice. You have to see, smell and taste this experience for yourself. I hope that when you go there, your experience will be as memorable for you as it is for us.And mark our words, we will be coming back again soon (more than just yearly). After all, life is short ... it deserves to be savored.
