The Tiramisu I tried has a little too much sponge cake to my liking, I don't particularly care that much about lady finger vs cake but perhaps this is how tiramisu is generally made in Japan. Tastes good though.
My partner surprised me with a Japanese mango cheesecake for my birthday from Hiroki. It was cute and delicious! I love that there is a pastry shop in Seattle that specializes in Japanese desserts. We couldn't finish the cake and threw it into the freezer, and it still held up nicely.

I got a whole cake for green tea tiramisu for my friend’s b-day. Everyone, including the birthday girl, really loved the cake! It was so good! People were asking where I got the cake ? I also added a message biscuit, which was $3.*You need to call the bakery to order a whole cake. (according to their website, they need at least 4 days’ notice.)
