It's my neighborhood go-to. You could say we're "regulars." And you wouldn't be wrong. We usually sit at the bar and chat with the bartender or the folks sitting next to us. The food is very good to great (but I'll admit these days I usually have the Chicken Milanese and arugula salad). The ambiance is very upscale Italian. The cocktails are excellent.
Kinda crazy. The soup was served w/out a spoon. Then when it did arrive it was definitely not a soup spoon. The wait staff in general seem to to waiting on everybody and nobody, dashing about and forgetting to bring items. The table we had rocked back and forth. The window gave a very chilly stream of air. We were able to get seated on a Monday night without a reservation, yet there were still a lot of patrons. The service was excellent and the food even better. We tried the butternut squash fritters, pear salad, butternut squash risotto and the angel hair pasta. It was all delicious!
