Super fun but small place! Karaoke booths are nice, clean, and the song app is pretty updated with most modern songs both in English and in Asian languages. Drinks were great! They get booked pretty fast too so it's a good tip to call in a week or so in advance to book a room.

No free parking around the area and the place can get really busy at night.

This is a hidden gem. Or at least not a place that would come up as a must do attraction for most. That said, it should not be missed! Whether you're a great singer or a terrible one, with private rooms, Rock Box gives you the freedom to belt out your best (or worst) rendition of a song without anyone around but your friends. The store was extremely accommodating, even helping with a special request for us ahead of time! Great experience, great drinks, highly recommend!!

We came up from Texas for a wedding, and we have always wanted to try a karaoke place just like this, from a anime, and it did not disappoint! We had a blast and when we come visit again, we will definitely swing by again.

We came as we were. It was a very modern site karaoke. 🎤 It has many rooms to accommodate all size groups. The drinks were interesting and they had soo many choices. The food was delicious and not too filling. 😋 We had so much fun. We were there 2 hrs and it flew by. The prices were fair and the service was very friendly.

Drinks are iced up. Not worth it for me. The food was delicious though. Got the udon and karaage very very good and juicy. We got one of the small rooms towards the front it was perfect for two.

Best KTV place in Seattle.
The software here is very user friendly (especially the mobile browser side).
It even lets you queue KTV videos found on youtube.
They serve really good mixed drinks and the bathrooms are clean.
The staff are also super helpful and friendly.
Rock box is pretty much the only very good option for karaoke in seattle.

My reservation was canceled the day beforehand. I did not cancel it! I never got a message or email from them confirming the cancelation! I only realized what happened because I called the day of my reservation. I made my reservation a week beforehand specifically so this wouldn't happen. Very disappointed.

Great way to spend an evening with friends! A few caveats:

1. You absolutely have to book ahead of time. They are always full, even a week or two in advance.
2. You have to know your group size when you book or risk overpaying for a much bigger room than you need.
3. You have to know exactly how long you want to stay when you book; there's no option to extend your session because there's always another session booked right when yours ends.

So obviously you need a plan going in, but if you can make it work, Rock Box is super fun. They have a huge selection of songs and also have a YouTube integration so you can pull up anything your heart desires. They also offer in-room drink service (though it can be kind of disruptive to the party vibe since you have to turn the music way down to order).
