Delicious and creative dinner for two. The oysters were stellar, and I couldn't stop talking about how tasty the Fijian Yellowfin Tuna was. Everything was plated so nicely and the staff were kind. If I lived nearby I'd come again, but it's a stretch from Baltimore.
We came for oyster and stayed for the wonderful happy hour. I couldn’t pick my favorite dish!
They were playing fun music from a wide variety of genres. Service was excellent and the restaurant was beautiful. Thanks for a great experience!!
Heads up for folks with celiac/gluten allergies: this restaurant wasn't accommodating. Despite giving the restaurant a heads up with the reservation and asked the server for suggestions, I was only given a couple of options. The server mentioned they'd have to ask to see if the chef was in the mood to accommodate cross-contamination that night (they weren't). The food was good, but for the price, this place just isn't worth it.
I would have rather they called and let me know a head of time that they wouldn't accommodate and we would've made plans elsewhere.
Amazing food as usual. Never disappointed.
Their happy hour is a great deal, and their main menu also has some really good selections as well. Never disappointed when I come here. Go on a sunny and sit outside.
Had a smart and tasty cocktail and the blackened cousin. A nicely done blackening adaptation. Loved the flavors and the grits were a nice, albeit unexpected accompaniment. My friend had the seafood stew and said it was fab as well. Would go back again and their brunch menu looked delish!
Great food and service! Definitely a bit pricey but all the food we had was delicious. I love oysters, but didn't order them because they were $5 per oyster. Cocktails were also delicious!
A great spot to do a happy hour or girls dinner, I'll be back for sure. We got a lot of items from the happy hour menu, plus drinks, and it came to about $50/person
We came here expecting a really fun experience. We’ve heard so much about it. Unfortunately we ended up being very disappointed.
We ordered clams. Ours each was a very small serving, which was fine as long as the clams were superb. They were not. They were filled with Sam. It was difficult to even finish them.
We shared the Roasted cauliflower. Which was OK, but nothing spectacular.
The last straw was the wine. We ordered a Cab. . It was a little bit more money than average. But obviously, if you have a good Cab,, it’s worth it. Well, it tasted fine, however, my dining partner’s class was full of sediment at the bottom of the wine. I mean, pretty darn full.
We had already paid for our dinner by the time we finished the wine. And we did not complain at first. However, after the wine episode, I called the server over. His response was lukewarm at best. Not even an “I’m sorry”. And when we showed him the glass, he just said “oh that’s sediment.”
We always like to experience different restaurants. Ones that we have not been to. And this was that restaurant tonight. However, we are one and done with this one.
Consistently great food; in particular the small plates / appetizers are amazing
Restaurantji Recommends
Absolutely LOVED the food, the service was 10/10 and exceeded our expectations. We ordered: a dozen local oysters (Shikoku and Kumamoto are my favorites), the octopus, burrata and beets (without pistachio as we have a nut allergy and they were so kind and accommodating), mezcal and oyster shooters, calamari, and then for mains we had the Chilean sea bass and rockfish with smashed potatoes. The desserts!! DO NOT SKIP! The beignets and the s’more’s chocolate mousse. A must if you’re in the north Seattle/Fremont area!
Food was excellent, but the servers made the experience worth every dime!!!!! We stopped over in Seattle on our way to our Alaskan cruise and loved everything we saw and did, ESPECIALLY ROCK STREET!!!!! It is a DO NOT MISS in Seattle
Delicious seafood. Great vibes. Highly recommend for a cozy night in or a sunny brunch. Great bartenders, welcoming and how to make great drinks. Get the local oysters, seabass and the saffron mussel bruschetta
Fresh ingredients and great use of local seafood ingredients with unexpected flavors. The highlight of the night got to be the Sea Bass with caramelized shallots and herbs. Dessert was great as well. Overall solid dinner spot with cozy atmosphere.
This is my favorite seafood place! Always fresh and tasty!
