Once again RockCreek Seafood & Spirits - Seattle proved to be my favorite seafood restaurant in Seattle. There is no other restaurant that serves such fabulous food from the sea. It is always cooked to perfection and presented in a very interesting way. We took a relative who had never been to the restaurant before and she was totally impressed by everything. I can't wait to eat there again!
Overall, it was great dining experience. They share bathrooms with another business, so at a peak dining time the bathrooms can have a wait line. We got seated immediately at 6pm. Average attentiveness from the waitress. Variety of choices for appetizers. We enjoyed raw oysters. Entree portions were smaller portions. For ahi tuna, each ingredient complimented each other to make the entire dish enjoyable. For me, this is a solid place to treat visitors to enjoy seafood.
We ate here for brunch on a Sunday morning. The service was warm and attentive, even though we were a part of the first seating at 10, and a lot of others arrived at the same time. The coffee is good quality. I ordered the prawns: they were overcooked, and there were only three — and the dish cost $25. My husband's blackened fish was cooked perfectly though, and it was delicious. My daughter's bacon was overly salty — even for bacon. The check included a 23% service...
