I love coming to this place after practice with my team. Friendly folks, sporty atmosphere, interesting draft selection. Good happy hour for drinks, however I don't recommend most of the HH food. Chicken quesadilla and Grilled Cheese/Tomato Bisque are your best bets. The regular menu is great though, so you can't go wrong there. For brunch, I love the brunch blush cocktail and the veggie omelet.
Super fun place for a lunch meeting. Fish tacos were the special and they were very good. I didn’t get a parking ticket from the city of Seattle as parking in the neighborhood is crowded and confusing.
I’ve been a semi-regular at Rookies for about 4 years now. As the name implies, great place to watch any and all sports. The service is consistently excellent. They have a great burger, including a vegetarian option. But the real reason my husband and I come here (despite not being big sports people) is a bolognese that is better than it has any right to be coming from a sports bar. I was recently devastated to learn that it’s off the menu. BRING THE BOLOGNESE...
