My new Seattle cocktail bar!! We dropped in for an evening cocktail, and the cocktails were so amazing that we had to say for a second. The vibe is lively and swanky—great for a date to friend catchup to solo drink. I’d highly recommend this spot for their drink (and ice; iykyk) quality, vibe, service, and overall prices.
Loved Roquette. The drinks are really well made — you can actually taste the ingredients, not just syrup. Every cocktail had its own unique flavor and felt thoughtfully crafted.

While drinks were good, they were ridiculously overpriced and some of us who ordered a Guava cocktail had to keep asking each other if there was any alcohol in our drink at all. What I liked about this place was the ambience, it was a quiet bar where a big group can sit and have a conversation.
