Chile con queso. this dish was first bite I had, and immediately knew this was going to be the place I’d forever more be finding an excuse to go enjoy! Tried new dishes every visit, and definitely will never skip the fried ice cream again!
Karaoke night on Friday was so much fun!! I am not a native Washington person, but that night was actually very unexpected with how much fun my family and I had singing and vibing. Saved the place for whenever we come back and are in the area😎
Been going to Rosita's for over 40 years. If you go in the evening they will be making fresh hot corn tortillas which they will gladly hand you for free wrapped around some butter and a little bit of salsa. They are delicious! Best pork carnitas in town and pretty fine house margaritas. Highly recommended.
My only gripe is that parking in that neighborhood can be difficult to find. Wish we lived closer so that we could go more often.
