We were surprised this bakery could not slice our bread. Delicious , chewy crust is very hard to slice well at home. Quiche was delicious but when we asked to have it heated, we were told, “ it’s on a warm tray, it’s already warm”. Barely warm. Excellent coffee and nice neighborhood vibe.

Rossellini's, please read!
At some point you stop putting as much caramel in the coffee when requesting caramel fully changing the taste of your delicious coffee! Also, the ice ratio has gotten out of control. Because you guys use the giant ice cubes, I recently got an iced coffee and it was so filled to the brim with ice that I couldn’t even stir the caramel in my coffee. When I got home and strained out the ice I was left with 1/3 cup of coffee with milk.
Please go back to your regular standards that were there Months ago. I miss my coffee.
Overall point less ice more caramel please!!! Keep your pastries the same they’re delicious

Elite European style pastries in an unassuming neighborhood. This is the spot if you want to feel like you’re in Europe but save the 10 hour flights. Can’t recommend enough.

We've been going to Rosellini's (and its predecessor Honore) for years. When Cafe Besalu changed hands, this became our go to spot for pastries. They are simply amazing - excellent craft, great flavors, and a very pleasant place.
However, I had not had their cake, and it is what they might do best. We had a party planned, with cake in order. So Rosellini's made a Devils Food cake and a Pumpkin cake with fig filling. Oh my goodness - what had we been missing! Both were simply amazing.
Two cakes, ten stars!

Keira literally saved the day for me. I accidentally Use the wrong directional in my GPS, So instead of heading to the bakery, I ended up over in Maple leaf someplace. It was near closing time and I raced all the way over there. They were closed for five minutes at least. She was still at the counter and I asked her is there some way I can get a birthday cake. She was so helpful found the perfect cake. It's so rare to run into a business. That's willing to go the extra mile even after closing time.

High quality pastries and high quality service. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable about the offerings and the food knocks it out of the park every time. This is the only place I have brunch on Saturday. Particular standouts are the ham and cheese croissant, strawberry hibiscus soda, passion fruit gelee cheesecake and hazelnut crunch bar (I don’t even like hazelnuts and this is the best dessert I’ve ever had?) You should go here and experience the deliciousness.

Lots of options! I enjoyed the pain au chocolat for its chocolate and flakiness, but it wasn’t buttery. More oily.
Same for the brioche bread, I had to add a lot of butter to my toast to get the brioche taste. The hot chocolate was good. Don’t expect French pastries. However, overall, I did enjoy it.

Amazing croissants but the Saturday morning cashier (the first one who’s there until around 11am not the second one who is lovely) is so unplesant that he ruins the whole experience.
If by any chance you don’t mention that you’re having your food there, before he begins packing the first croissant, he makes you feel as if made the worst offense possible.
If it’s the end of the world for you, why don’t you ask the customer first, if their order is for here or to go like normal cashiers do ?

Amazing Ballard bakery! Favorites were the plain butter croissant, sour cream coffee cake, and cheddar scone.
