Everything about this place was amazing the friendly servers as soon as you walk in the door, the ambience of the restaurant, the prices, and ultimately the food. 5 stars

The ambience was good, the food was not. I booked an office lunch for 10 colleagues and I. We went to the SLU location thinking it would be as good as the Queen Anne one, especially this being a new branch. My colleagues and I were heavily disappointed. 8 colleagues ordered the Thali which came cold despite it taking 45 minutes to be served. It's disappointing to eat cold food, and the colleagues left theirs unfinished. The chicken tandoori was bland and even after complaining we got another bland one. This was disappointing as well. The curry's were however good and the Goat Nihari was great All the food took a long time to come out.
This is actually sad for me I love this place I used to order their samosas quite frequently, they are absolutely delicious. However, they've moved into their new location and I don't know if they thought people wouldn't notice or not but they are about a third of the size that they were still the same price though. Absolutely unacceptable. Also, the Butter Chicken which used to be made with bite sized pieces of chicken cooked into it, showed up with large chucks of what I can only imagine is Tandoori chicken. Like they thre leftovers in sauce and sent it out the door. Very disappointing. Used to be my go-to place! :-(

Absolutely excellent food - they opened in June 2025 and we came here on their second day. The non-veg thali (photo attached) was excellent! As were the drinks - I had the barfi margarita which had barfi-like flavoring and was excellent. Great service as well. For kids - our 4-year-old had the tandoori-flavored mac & cheese and loved it. The non-veg thali also came with padadam and a gulabjamun - he ate all of both.
Awful restaurant, not friendly
TERRIBLE! SERVER WAS NOT ATTENTIVE, THEY COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO SPLIT THE BILL EVENLY, THEN OVER CHARGED AND TRIED TO SNEAK IT INTO THE BILL. FOOD WAS NOT THAT GREAT TO DEAL WITH THE OWNER TELLING US WE WERE WRONG WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES THAT KEPT MESSING UP THE TOTALS.
Horrible experience here. Firstly we were welcomed by cockroaches on the table!! We were then shifted to a different table.
Coming to the food, despite asking for a spicy curry, it was extremely sweet and tasteless. And the naan was also not fresh.
Would NOT recommend this place at all!
I ordered ras malai from here. They are packaging nanak ras malai which you get in costco and selling it probably. Tastes exactly like nanaks. Garlic naan was so flavorless and not cooked properly. Prices are super high quality is not that good for the price.

Tried dum biryani, not qualified to call as biryani. It’s wet and chicken doesn’t have flavor. More concerned about chicken which felt as days old.

Been several years since I’ve been here. Used to be my favorite because they have papadum. Everything was fine this last time, but the butter chicken seemed sweeter than last time. The achar was on point, and the garlic naan nice and crisp.
