Careful! These people will steal your ID and your card, charge your card more than what you paid for drinks, then magically have them back the next day. They're also notorious for so many women being roofied here

I went here with my family for a scalpels night. There was many people there and everyone had a good vibe. It was very busy so the service was a little slow but when the food got here it was pretty good.

Gave me the old Seattle vibes inside with some tight tables on the floor. The music was great but food were not the best. Beef stew is tender but practically have not flavor. Po boy was a little better. Service was a little awkward ever since we sat down till the bill came. Hope it’s a little bit more welcoming.

Great Service, great bartenders, great Music, and great Atmosphere. Sandwiches need more sauce. We had a burger, chicken, and fish. None of them were bad, but more of the aoli or condiments used on the sandwiches would put them over the top. We will be back

One of my favorite spots in town for live music and dinner. The Royal Room primarily platforms jazz acts and is a wonderful place for a great meal and an intimate performance.

Went here for a small concert. We were very impressed you have a reserved table, very interesting twists on cocktails, and a variety of meal or small appetizer choices. Service was great! Beautiful atmosphere and very intimate performance venue. There is plenty of street parking surrounding the building.

I had high hopes for the Royal Room. It's location in Columbia City is a hip part of town that retains a village like charm. The place itself has a rudimentary stage and a bunch of small tables surrounding it. The food was food you would get in a typical pub. Nothing fancy but nothing disagreable. The music groups were average but their insistence on giving us political Pro-Palestinian viewpoints during the Jewish High Holidays was both unwanted and inappropriate. The service was nonexistent. I had to get up and shout to the waiter to get his attention. Walked out after awhile. Not a comfortable environment.

I caught a show with Paul Durham from Black Lab here. It was very intimate and had a great experience. Great place to catch a show and have some food and drinks.

Inconsiderate dancers!! They came in for music but ordered no food nor drink. Service-no napkins, silverware, no water, etc

I've probably reviewed the Royal Room before, but I can't say enough good things about them. One of the best places in town for live music.
Parking: Street parking can be difficult for popular events. I recommend parking a couple of blocks away, or take Metro number 7 bus.
Kid-friendliness: Children are welcome before, I believe, 9:00 p.m.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.
