Rubinstein Bagels was alright for a bagel. In my opinion it was definitely a more chewy bagel than I usually look for. Its located in the lobby of a what looks to be a apartment complex and there is really no parking available on the side of the road or in the complex. I got the everything bagel with onion cream cheese and the cream cheese tasted a little tangy. Overall I would say it was a 3 out 5 about average for everything. I would definitely prefer to drive up to Zylberscheteins...
Great bagels. Questionable service.
I’ve been going here the last three years, and have always noticed there’s something about the service that doesn’t sit well with me .
I’ll keep going, but I hesitate sometimes because of this issue.
Einstein’s is much much worse with their customer service.

First time here, perfect bagels, perfect (seriously delicious) coffee, excellent service, and a nice place to sit by the fire, but OMG the loud, seemingly A.I.-generated music on the speakers was enough to make me want to run out screaming. I don’t know if that’s a choice to save money on music licensing or to keep people from sitting too long in the lounge area, but the music was bad enough that I would plan on always getting my food to go in the future.
