I didnt try much of the food, but this is a pretty cool spot. Stage and sound could use some work along with an updated menu, but this place and the people there are really cool.
I had a good time playing a show there and really encourage people to check out the live music. I think there's an open jam/jazz night there...

This enormous 2 room Restaurant, Club/Lounge is Often Empty or Just Locals.. But theme nights tend to be more expensive with entry fees up to $20 per person. However are very popular and Fun!! Talent or open mic nights are amazing as talent will always come high energy! Friendly Staff hit or Miss on if they even have your favorite alcohol beverages. But great E African food and bites.Very non upscale..The area is very outdated including inside the restaurant/ Club with old outdated...

The dj was terrible! At first it was a mix of good r&b a little reggae then the dj over killed us with unknown afro beats..like I get its an African joint but good djs know how to read the room and realize that ain't nobody coming to see you Otis! His transitions were trash.. home boy couldn't blend a song to save his life..Our chicken was good our waitress was a little emotional but she was nice.
