This Ruth's Chris does not disappoint! Top notch food quality, perfectly cooked steaks, service was fantastic, from the front door staff to the table service. Their entire team was locked in to providing a great experience. This chain is at the top of the high end steakhouses! Great Job

If I could give a 6th star, I would. The food was excellent as expected. meats cooked perfectly. Brussel sprouts were outstanding texture and flavor. the garlic mashed was smooth and perfectly seasoned. The calamari had a sweet honey flavor alongside the darker taste of the red peppers. The small cheesecakes for the desert were perfect size. It was my wife's birthday, and the staff went above board to make it special. the service was the best service I have received at any restaurant. made my wife and I feel so special. Jud, the acting GM this week spent time chatting with us at our invitation. Emily, at the front desk, gave us the best service we ever experienced from a restaurant server. And Evelyn, our server was perfect in her timing, her and her service. The service is why I can't speak highly enough of this Ruths Chris. They decorated the table to make the night special. A memorable, the most memorable restaurant experience we ever had. Thank You

We were a party of 5 for a pre-Paramount event dinner on April 24th. I made a reservation in advance, and we were seated in the restaurant area. We wanted to order off of the Happy Hour menu, which is available until 6:00pm, so our server kindly and with no fuss, moved us to the bar area of the restaurant so that we could enjoy the Happy Hour menu. All of us ordered the steak sandwich from the happy hour menu, and it was delicious and very reasonably priced. We also ordered cocktails, some part of the happy hour special, and others were not (particular glasses of wine). Our service was exceptional; the ambiance was great (we were seated at a nice table right next to the fireplace) and the food was plentiful and a good value. We will definitely be back as we frequent events at the Paramount often, and the location to the theatre is ideal.

The Grand Hyatt is one of the cornerstone hotels for Seattle's convention center zone, and having such a great steakhouse right in house is a major boon. The operators are savvy enough to stay open when many of their peer restaurants close (Easter evening, for example), and that further increases their value. Believe the servers when they remind you of how hot the sizzling plates will be when they hit your table.

Disappointing. I was looking for breakfast options several months ago to complement a musical performance and was pleased to see RC showed a breakfast menu for my selected date. However, when we showed up we learned that unlike most restaurants, instead of offering an expanded breakfast/brunch menu for Easter, RC did just the opposite. They offered neither a breakfast nor lunch menu, only a dinner menu because it was Easter. A full course meal at 10:45 am was not something we wanted our could handle. It would have been nice to have been notified in advance of their restrictions so we could have altered our plans.

We went out as a family to celebrate my late mother's 100th birthday because she always loved coming to Ruths Chris steak house when she would visit me in Seattle. Our waiter was incredibly accommodating and let us relax and go at our pace. The space we were given was a lovely little segmented off private area where we could hear one another and share stories. It was so kind of them to give us that space. The waiter (I think his name was Kevin) brought us two pieces of cheese cake with "happy birthday on the plate as a gift. The whole evening was amazing, and i am so grateful for being treated so well. I wish valet parking had been available, but i know that is out of the restaurant's control on a crowded night downtown. Thank you Ruths Chris for making our 100th birthday celebrate of mom so special. with gratitude from our family!!!

TRULY A NIGHTMARE, all on the server.

We have eaten here before with very positive experiences, but I doubt we will eat here ever again. Our server was clearly out of her league. Appetizers were delivered at the same time as the entrees, meaning we had to choose which one would be cold when we ate it.

We ordered the wine when we ordered our cocktails before the food even, but she did not request the wine until we reminded her AFTER we had the entrees. By the time she finally returned with the wine the steaks everyone else had were cold. I told her we no longer wanted the wine because she had been gone for 20 minutes, and that we would have after dinner dessert drinks instead. She didn't apologize (she came up with an excuse that it was her manager's fault but she didn't request it until we had all the food, so it was really on her) and didn't even comp the tea that one of us ordered, clearly not understand how disappointing it was to not have wine with our meals.

I personally couldn't have steak this time so I had the salmon which was totally overcooked. If we were in another state I might understand, but this is downtown Seattle--home of salmon. We know how to cook it here, so there's no excuse.

The fact that a manager didn't even come to apologize means she totally concealed this flop or no one was actually paying attention. In a place where you're spending $150-$200 per person, this is not the service expected. We were having fun in our group, so we didn't complain very much other than sending the wine back, but as I look back, I'm left really disappointed.

The food is okay, but not delicate enough. The salad and bread makes no difference than other 20 bucks restaurant. As a comparison, another top steakhouse in Bellevue is much better.

The steak is good. My personal flavor is bit heavy, so I'm hoping the filet gets more salty and flavor. But I can always add more salt as I want.

The worst part is the seat near door is very cold, I have to wear my coat all the time.

First off, the food is incredible here. Steaks were ordered all round and each, perfectly cooked and extremely tasty. The mashed potatoes, calamari and lobster Mac were absolutely delectable.

Now the bad, purely service based. Service was slow and absent at points. Went the entire evening without having refills on water. The waiter literally walked right by with the pitcher and filled everyone else. Took being asked twice to get gluten free options for one of the party members. Should not have received the food prior to getting drinks as well.

Atmosphere was comfortable however the clientele is something less than desirable. For such a "swanky" steakhouse, I would expect some sort of dress code or at least patrons that I wouldn't see at IHOP at 3 in the morning.

For the price point of such a well known fine dining establishment, I expect a great deal more.

OVERPRICED. No view. I feel like I got stung. The Met & Canlis bury this dump.
