We arrived late Friday evening and had a delightful experience! Our server was attentive and friendly (granted there were few patrons). We ordered from the kiosk at the table. We were surprised by the portions of the food! Holy cowza! To be honest our group of 9 was uncertain the portion size based on the images. To the point that I wasn’t very hungry and was just ordering soup and my husband convinced me to get the fish and chips. I could only eat a few fries and three pieces of fish. Luckily we had a kitchenette at the Embassy Suites which was a short walk away. There was so much food you could easily share with someone. We will definitely be back on our next trip up. Thanks!

I am a celiac, they have their menu marked with gluten free choices . We had crab fried rice before here and it was wonderful , this time , it tasted different . Still marked GF , but was very sweet . We found the crab was now artificial crab, which is NOT gluten free and I got very very SICK!

Maybe this place is good for drinks. The crab legs were fresh. But the food had no seasoning. And my boiled eggs were cold
Great service, great Oyster happy hour on a Wednesday.

Interesting Thai fusion/seafood/chicken wings restaurant. Order via a tablet. The happy hour blood orange and chili margarita tastes like it has fish sauce in it and no alcohol. The Parmesan garlic butter fries and calamari were good. It would have been better if the fries were crispy though. Black berry pie cider is good as well.
Cold and unenthusiastic is how I'd describe the food and the staff here. I called two weeks ahead to make a reservation for 11 people. They were very professional and accommodating this large request. We arrived on time and were seated on time, however, neither the host nor the waiter/ess ever welcomed us in, asked if we had been there before, or explained how anything worked. We eventually figured out how to get service (put orders into the tablets on the table), but were never actually instructed, welcomed, or checked in on at all during our 90min stay at this otherwise-entirely-empty restaurant. Three people at the table had serious food allergies and could've benefited greatly from even one staff member stopping by to see if we had any questions or needs. There is nowhere on the tablet to communicate about food allergies or preferences, so these people were forced to order the same plain chicken and rice dish. Two of the three chicken dishes came out cold (in temperature), like they had been prepared and Sat out too long before getting dropped off at the table. Four of us ordered different seafood boils. The boils were mid. The crawfish at this establishment is disappointingly small (one crawfish is the size of about 3 cocktail cherries lined up end to end). Crab legs aren't handled or selected well and are lacking meat. When it was time to check out, somebody just dropped off two large bills on the table with no indication of how it was split up. We eventually had to walk over to the host stand and check out ourselves per party. This concluded our cold, unenthusiastic, and hands-off experience at SuperKims. This was my birthday dinner and first experience at SuperKims. Overwhelmingly disappointed, and outright embarrassed I took so many people I love to such a crummy place. I will not be back.

Overpriced food, 32$ for a crab roll! Food was mediocre. I was in a rush and didn't notice they automatically charged me 20% gratuity! (For takeout) tourist trap!

Came in a few weeks ago. Food was not good but my server, Amanda, was such a gem. Glad to see good young workers in this world still.

It sucked. There was no waitress and had to use a tablet to order. Drinks took forever to get. Food was bland and way over cooked. No one checked on us so we never got salt and pepper or ketchup. Little old lady just tossed the food down and left. Way over priced and terrible service.

Worst restaurant I’ve been to in a while, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. These folks were rude, inattentive, and to top it off, recommended me a dish that was not gluten free after I asked FOUR TIMES whether the khao soi was gluten free (I have celiac). This is like my 3rd review ever by the way.
