Honestly this location is amazing if you have to catch and Seahawks game. You walk in and instantly the vibe is wonderful. It's kind of place where you know you'll make new friends. Attended an event and experienced truly attentive and friendly service by Tommy at the bar. Had to taste the clam chowder because it's award-winning; it was rich, flavorful and so creamy. A great first course. Ordered a flute of the Domaine St. Vincent brut and it was perfect: cold, crisp, dry, delicious. Next came the chicken wings which had a really autumn-friendly Cajun spice sauce with a bit of curry -- ideal for warming up the internal heat when it was cold outside. Not too spicy, but a little kick. had a build your own dish of shrimp and crawfish boil with something akin to a very rich deep red Korean gochujang sauce. Corn and butter garlic bread came along with the bib and gloves so you could keep your fingers clean. Afterwards there was an incredibly luxurious cloth scented with lavender or lemon, to wipe fingers. Really nice touch. Also enjoyed the harvest sake sangria as a second cocktail. It was a recommendation from server Bella and she was absolutely right.
Though we stayed in the main bar area, there were many festive areas for eating including a line of booths, a separate high table area, and a very spacious feel which matters it's a game day for the Seahawks, etc. plan to come early because this place understandably can get packed.

Had to order online for food. Could not add any additional items. Service was beyond slow and when my wine was finally delivered the glass was dirty. Waited another 15 minutes to get the waiter attention. Never came back.

They didn't tell me gratuity was included and the waiter got 42%. 82 dollar tip. You should really disclose this information.
I wont be going back.
Also, it was definitely NOT on a game night.
Maybe consider reimbursement...but your response means nothing.
I will also let surrounding businesses know.
We didn't scan a menu!! We were given a menu!
Ordered 2 drinks. Was not told about the autograt. Deceptive. I live in the hood and I most definitely will not be back. It was NOT a game day.

Here, a handsome male employee who looks like Christopher serves us, and he very kindly comes by and asks if we need anything!! The crab is delicious and the Cajun garlic sauce is really delicious! It's a bit spicy for kids, but it's perfect for adults!! I recommend a Seattle crab restaurant

The good: we were seated promptly after making a last-minute reservation on the ferry on the way to Seattle.
The seafood boil was great. Everything was cooked properly.
The bad: ordering is all done via a QR code menu. You pay separately for drinks. Weird. The wait staff also doesn’t really know how to access or alter your online order without a manager.
Service was slow, we had to ask multiple times for things. It was an event night, but those are predictable and should be staffed appropriately.
It was also obscenely expensive. Which you would expect at a seafood boil place, but still slight sticker shock. The seafood boil pictured was over $250.

This ranks as the #1 worst restaurant in Seattle for me. After waiting 30 minutes to be seated for dinner, we were sat down in bar seats with dirty countertops. The dirty glasses and plates never left. There were about 6 employees behind the bar and it took about 40 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us and say hello. Finally we were asked if we would like drinks, and 20 minutes later we had the two worst cocktails we have ever drank in our lives. At this point we’ve been here for over an hour and a half and figure there is no dinner in sight for us. We finished our drinks and sat for another 20 minutes while all staff, including the “manager”, paced behind the bar never making eye contact. We had to ask 3 people just to get checked out. I cannot express to you how much we wanted to just get up and walk out. After 2 hours of sitting at the nastiest bar with the rudest staff I’ve ever met, I was passed a card reader and noticed the bartender pre selected himself a nice big tip! I’m honestly outraged that after everything he had the audacity to help himself to something I was not interested in giving. As far as I am concerned, this restaurant stole from me. There is 0 integrity in this establishment and I could tell each and every employee in this restaurant (except the hostess) hates their job. The people next to us spoke to the manager. The people on the other side were still empty handed when we left. Whoever is running Super Kim should be absolutely ashamed to open those doors each day. I am an understanding person and I don’t mind waiting, but when the whole staff makes it obvious your presence is a burden, it leaves a nasty taste in your mouth.

Our personal experience was very underwhelming for quality of food, portion size and presentation. Also had to draw waitors attention to waiting customers!

Paid 71 dollars for EIGHT chicken wings and fish and chips, no drinks. 10 dollar service fee for using their online menu (didn’t have a choice, had to use it) and a automated tip I couldn’t adjust… good location I guess but I can’t imagine they get business outside of Sundays… lol don’t recommend
