I ordered the middle of the road omakase and got a good spread. the wild next to the farmed salmon was a fun comparison. I've never had squid cut in tiny curly bits like it was. I asked about Uni but was told they were out, which was disappointing. I'm also not a huge fan of scanning a QR code for a menu.
Top notch. very fresh, clam miso was great starter. moonraker,007 and matsu with 16 piece Chef surprise. enough said.
Love Matsu! Great food, awesome happy hour, nice staff, and it's not typically too busy outside of game days. Creamy Udon is 🔥
