I think I just found my absolute favorite Pad Woonsen with crispy chicken! It is honestly too good to be true. They give you a huge, perfectly golden-fried chicken cutlet sliced right on top of the most flavorful glass noodles. It is packed with fresh veggies like baby corn, broccoli, mushrooms, and bell peppers. If you are craving amazing Thai food, you have to order this!
Such a fantastic experience! I actually got to meet SuperKim today, and he is really funny and entertaining. He brings such great energy to the restaurant. But most importantly, the food he made is not a joke, trust me. If you are looking for authentic Thai food, this is the spot. I always love Padthai and they have the best Padthai in Seattle. Cannot recommend this place enough!
The owner was kind enough to spend time speaking about the attention to detail that is taken here. Hand roasted chilis and proper spice are stars. The food is fantastic and the spice level is proper! Get into this place if you’re hungry.
