insanity!! their coffee is so good and I highly recommend the miso caramel syrup, it is such a unique flavor. In terms of food, the cookies are divine with coffee and pro tip if you're craving something fresh and flavorful....get the rice bowl but sub rice for a cabbage salad base!! The flavors are insane, everything is so fresh, and it's perfect for a warm summer day! The lines may be long but don't let it deter you bc it's so worth it!
Really good food! Their bacon egg and cheese was delicious and baked foods were yummy. They’re always very busy and their service is quite slow so there’s always a line out the door and they don’t have cover or anything so you stand in the rain. That can be easily addressed (build a tarp or cover). Also the single lone cashier is also responsible for packing orders and delivering trays from the back, making the line even slower. Fun fusion brunch spot with great breakfast sandwiches and delicious pastries! I was craving a bite to eat while on a long Saturday morning / early afternoon walk, so I randomly popped into Saint Bread not knowing that it was apparently one of the most popular weekend brunch spots in Seattle.
