You must visit Sake Nomi if you like sake or are simply curious. We started with their flights and were impressed with their diverse offerings and unique tastes. Loved their clean junmai and nigori with subtle sweetness. I am no sake expert, but Sake Nomi taught me that drinking sake alone can be a pleasant experience. We love this place. Specialty sake and flights for those who are curious but not sure what to try. Every single sake we’ve had here has been delicious. We’re so happy to return here time and time again
A recent month-long trip to Japan whetted our appetite for sake. We parked at the Tukwila light rail station and took Sound Transit into Seattle. We chose one each of the two tasting flights (three pours with each one), then got an additional pour of our favorite from the initial tasting. Both my wife and I prefer the drier styles normally, but were happy to try one that was slightly effervescent and with hints of green apple.
