Try the weird seasonal flavors. Just do it. They aren't just advertising gimmicks, they are almost always incredible even when they sound challenging. Chocolate covered crickets? So good. Blue cheese? I don't know how they pulled it off but the did. Candied turkey skin? Omg just take my money.

The vegan options are ok. They typically have at least 1 vegan seasonal flavor and two vegan all-the-time flavors. Sometimes they’re creamy and delicious. The seattle area stores generally have a vegan hazelnut cookies & cream, mint chip, and strawberry coconut that are good.

I actually really like the “ghost” sorbet flavor in October.

People who work there are really nice and you can get as many samples as you want before ordering.

Ice cream is really yummy! My friends I went, we had the best worker helping us! She was really sweet and made the experience awesome. She took the allergy scoop very seriously and was super friendly. I don't know her name, she is one of the managers, salt and straw is lucky to have her
