I absolutely loved my dairy free raspberry marzipan cake ice cream. I got wooed by the smell of the fresh waffle cone but really I didn't need to pay the extra for that. My husband however really didn't like his ice cream saying it was way to salty. I think al the flavours are salted, so definitely more for an adult palet. There are bench seats here.
love salt & straw. it’s one of the very first places I visited when I moved to seattle 5 years ago. this visit was definitely a different experience than the last times i’ve come by though. the employees have a long line to manage and I understand customers can be confused and it can be very frustrating (I work in food service too), but the employees at least need to be on the same page with eachother about line management. one employee ushered me further...
One of the best handmade ice creams I’ve had. I tried the honey lavender and it was fantastic — incredibly smooth, melts right in your mouth, and you can really taste the freshness. You can tell the ingredients are quality. They also rotate seasonal flavors, so there’s always something new to try. Great spot, highly recommend.
