A great little specialty shop. They have so many wonderful and authentic offerings. I shamelessly came here solely for the bubs candy and was not disappointed!
To begin all of the food here was extremely overpriced, you can go to any other international market and get the same foods for significantly less. Additionally we had purchased Scandinavian herring from here and it was all rotten. The fish was yellow and falling apart. My daughter had eaten some and now had food poisoning. Definitely be weary if you ever decide to go here since their produce are old and expired!
Been going here since I was a kid
Want some stale, overpriced gummies? This is the place. Nice atmosphere, but don't come here for swedish gummies.
Great Scandinavian store, has many products not usually available in most stores.
It is expensive for the portions
Skandie lunch & to die for desserts. Cute mercantile to browse.
I bought a bunch of European/Scandinavian snacks but also ordered a salmon quiche to eat at the café and an almond pie to go. The snacks are good, although somewhat overpriced. The quiche, however, tasted like it was heated up in a microwave: one part was searing hot while another still colds. On top of it all it turned out they also packed me the wrong pie, which was the most heartbreaking.
best candy ive ever had, and it doesnt have much calories
They have a great variety of products, including food, nick-nacks, and books.

Great selection of Scandinavian candy and snacks! I definitely will be back to try the food! The woman working was so nice and gave us a complimentary shrimp sandwich ❤️❤️
Very cute local store with a good selection of European and scandinavian in particular food, I would recommend to visit even if you are not going to buy anything.
You’ll enjoy the atmosphere
The shop is cute, they have some good cheeses, spreads etc. The cafe? Horrendous. Their whipped cream is over whipped, dry and paste like. Their 'lingonberry' tart and cream is unflavored with a few dry berries tossed in, no flavor, not even enough vanilla to taste, along with the tart crust tasting like whole wheat graham crackers. The hot cocoa has more nutmeg than cocoa, tastes of a grainy accident like the first time you added nutmeg to hot cocoa as a child.
still quaint after all these years. Best pickled herring! Adorable spot
Great Scandinavian store and Cafe. Always manage to find some good European foods here (mostly Scandinavian but there is some stuff from other European countries like Germany mixed in as well) and the Cafe snacks and deserts are great. Staff is friendly as well.
