What a cool vibe! I recently moved to Seattle and was excited about the cider scene. Stumbling upon Schilling Cider House was a godsend. The board of 32 rotating ciders would have been intimidating if not for the attentive and insightful staff, who are happy to give recommendations or offer samples of anything on offer. I don't understand why this is the most expensive place to drink Schilling on tap. You'd think it would be comparable to a pint you'd get at any bar, but it's more expensive. I guess you're paying for the experience? Schilling is probably my favorite cider, but I'll get it from the bars that I know that have it.
