KAYAVA.FREMONT Reviews
Karissa gave us stellar service!
In my opinion this is the best soup ramen spot in Seattle.
The noodles are made in house and have great snappiness to them. The soups are chicken based and are phenomenal in flavor.
I always try to bring friends and family here whenever they visit Seattle.
Best spicy pork ramen ever!

KAYAVA.FREMONT is highly regarded as one of the best ramen spots in Seattle, known for its flavorful chicken-based broths and house-made noodles with great texture. The chicken paitan broth, in particular, is often praised as the best broth, offering a comforting and rich flavor that consistently delights diners. The menu features a variety of ramens, with the anchovy ramen receiving special praise for its unique and delicious broth, and the chicken paitan ramen frequently highlighted as a favorite. Many customers enjoy the noodles, describing them as tasty, satisfying, and perfectly textured. The restaurant offers a cozy, homey atmosphere, suitable for both solo visits at the bar and gatherings with friends and family. Their karaage is considered the best by some, crispy and flavorful, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive, enhancing the dining experience despite occasional busy times. All dishes, including starters and dessert, are made from scratch, contributing to the home-cooked feel. While most reviews focus on the quality and consistency of the food and service, some mention concerns about gluten-free options, noting that noodles are cooked in the same water as regular ramen, which may cause reactions for sensitive diners. Overall, KAYAVA.FREMONT is a go-to place for delicious, comforting ramen that feels both gourmet and homey.
