5 stars for the anchovy ramen! I’ve never had a ramen with this type of broth, and its delicious! Would love to see it on the permanent menu :D
The other ramens from the regular menu are not as memorable. Decent but nothing special. Better than the other two ramen joints in Fremont though.

This has become my go-to ramen place whenever I’m craving nourishing soup and noodles. From light to heavier flavor ones, I’ve enjoyed all of their ramen — the broth is comforting, the flavors are rich, and their noodles are especially unique, tasty, satisfying with just the right texture and flavor!!
