My absolute favorite bakery in Seattle, perhaps in the world (so far!), with croissants that easily rival if not best my favorite bakeries in Montreal and France. I’ve had this bakery on my list for a while now, and it did not disappoint. Super friendly staff who were able to guide with recommendations. Not shown here were some really nice coffees. My personal favorites were the cinnamon sugar pretzel and the sticky roll. But honestly, everything was really good. Can’t wait to go back for more!
