The worst ice cream shop I've experienced in over 40 years of life. I complain very little. I am not a review person; this is the 2nd review I've felt compelled to write in my life. But if I save just 1 child the disappointment, it is worth it. We've been several times after forgetting / forgiving, but it's the same terrible, flavorless, freezer-burnt lumps with the same flavorless service at the same premium price. I would rate the least expensive, lowest quality off-brand ice cream at any grocery store at maybe 20 times better than this. I don't understand how this is possible.

Great location, underwhelming ice cream

Some of the worst homemade ice cream I have ever had. It tastes like ice and has no flavor. Unfortunately it’s in a great location. DO NOT BUY HERE. I wish I could give it negative stars.

Ice cream was pretty good however about halfway into my sundae I found hair in it

Ice cream was flavorless and freezer burned. So bad I threw it out after a few bites :(

Scoops of freezer burn.

Really bad customer service. Is like talking to the wall. You don't know if they are listening when you are talking to them because they are looking away. So you have to guess. They rolled their eyes at customers too. July 27 at 4 pm the 3 ladies they're were awful. Definitely not going back.

Nice staff, but lousy ice cream. “Homemade”?

Overpriced garbage. Don’t waste your money. Almost $40 for three single scoop ice cream cones, and a 4% “mandatory fee”?! Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip. I should’ve walked out. The ice cream is flavorless.

They say in business, “location, location, location,” and this ice cream spot checks off that mark, but unfortunately lacks in other places. It is right next to the salmon cooker, which was perfect for our dessert after our lunch. It had a beautiful location along the water, very open and easy to order from as it is facing the walkway where the pedestrian can easily see its menu and ice cream flavors offered.

Unfortunately; the ice cream was lacking in flavor and we order a large lemonade as well, which wasn’t very flavorful or sweet either but rather a water with lemon taste.
The prices were a bit absurd too, but again, they are just doing business for the convenience and location of it all.

Stopped here to get ice cream with friends. It’s a great location, but they were out of sundaes and shakes. I ended up getting a root beer float and one of the scoops of ice cream was very freezer burnt. On top of that, they will charge you a 4% fee. Would not recommend.

Soooo expensive! I think it's around $12 for a waffle cone. 😲 Go somewhere else!

Excellent location but limited ice cream flavors. Service was fast. The Reese's ice cream needs to be more creamy and enhace its flavor.

The location of this ice cream vendor was very convenient on the waterfront, but the ice creams themselves were bland, and didn't really even taste of the flavor they advertised. I ordered Reese's peanut butter cup - it tasted like a plain vanilla, with odd spongy bits in it. Not really like chocolate or peanut butter.

My son, who LOVES all ice cream, ordered plain chocolate and ended up throwing it away. It wasn't completely terrible, but probably the worst ice cream I've ever had. It was cold and sweet, but I do not recommend.

Worst ice cream I’ve had in a long time. Is it ice milk?
