The best dumplings I’ve ever eaten but I live in Provo so take that as you will.
The bahn Mi sandwich was wet and soggy. The sandwich came out not looking like the menu or photos. The meats were congealed covered in canned jelly/fat.
Had pork chive dumplings, it was average. You order on a kiosk and pick up your food when you get a text.
Great dumplings
Yummy vegetable tofu pho!
This bowl of wonton noodles was such a pleasant surprise! The broth is light yet flavorful, with a subtle bone aroma that keeps you coming back for more. The wontons are plump and tender, with perfectly seasoned filling that melts in your mouth. The noodles are springy and not overcooked, adding a satisfying chew. Topped with scallions, fresh greens, and a splash of chili oil, the flavors are elevated without being overpowering. Everything is well-balanced, making it a warm, comforting, and fulfilling bowl of classic Chinese goodness. Definitely worth trying!
This bowl of wonton noodles is truly a feast for the senses—beautiful, aromatic, and delicious! The clear broth is rich and flavorful without being overpowering, warming you up from the first sip. The wontons are generously sized with thin wrappers and juicy, flavorful fillings that are not greasy at all. The noodles are smooth and springy, soaking up the broth perfectly for a satisfying bite. The toppings are thoughtfully chosen—fresh greens and chopped scallions add a refreshing touch, while a spoonful of chili oil brings just the right amount of heat and depth without overwhelming the flavors. This is a bowl of thoughtfully crafted comfort food, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves authentic Chinese noodle soup!
I don't know why we tried dumplings in a place known for seafood but we did. We got the most mid, overly salty soup dumplings (xao long bao) I've ever had. The Dan Dan noodles were watered down and the noodles were cheap and undercooked. Very little pork in there. Go to China Town if you want dumplings. The atmosphere is nice right outside if you could find a seat, however, the oyster/seafood restaurant next door is a better pick for the atmosphere of that spot and local cuisine of the Pike Place Market area.
Has three vegetarian options - sesame noodles, mushroom dumplings and vegetable spring rolls and were great!
Wishing there is a tofu noodles option in future for some protein for the vegetarian customers.

This place is great! The service is great! It's really good and cheap food.
Delicious food, great choice, very clean, high-quality service, and reasonable price.
I came here a couple years ago back when the soup dumplings could be seen being made, it was a 5/5 back then. I came back today to try it and immediately ordered what I thought was soup dumplings. I was given a box of dumplings that had been sitting for who knows how long. While still edible and had some flavor, I was extremely disappointed. I then realized i made a mistake and got beef dumplings, not the soup pork dumplings i was expected. So i ordered those next. I was given dumplings in a plastic container where the dumplings looked like they’ve been sitting awhile, the box didn’t say seattle dumpling co, it said Linn Handmade Dumplings, and overall the presentation, flavor, and overall experience was dismal.
On the way out i noticed large amount of frozen bagged dumplings, i believe the dumplings are no longer hand made in store/steamed as they were made previously (previously with love).
This is extremely unfortunate as this was something I was looking forward to flying back into seattle. Hopefully one day they go back to the original ways and avoid commercializing their product. I would return again but would be more hesitant to order if I saw the same frozen bags, plastic containers, and overall same business model.
