Super amazing find! We were visiting from Texas and were so pleased with the pollo tamales! I also got a strawberry watermelon Aguas frescas and it was amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful!
We stumbled upon this place on the morning of July 4th, when every restaurant in the area seemed to be packed. This small spot was much quieter, and as a Mexican, I was immediately intrigued when I learned that the chef is from Ensenada, one of Mexico’s most renowned food destinations.
The staff was incredibly friendly throughout our visit. They speak both English and Spanish, and the service was excellent from start to finish. But the real highlight was the food.

Awesome tamales and salsa! Tried pork and chicken. Came early and saw the chef cooking the meat - it smelled so good! Wasn’t too busy. I will definitely come back and try the chilaquiles. Prices reflect their location in Pike Place market.
