I recently stopped by Seattle Dumpling Co at Pike Street, and honestly this place turned out to be one of the hidden gems of the area. With so many food spots around Pike Place, it can be hard deciding where to eat, but I am glad we ended up here.

The first thing I noticed was how fresh everything tasted. The dumplings came out hot, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. You could tell they were made with care and not just rushed out. Every bite had a good balance...
We shared a chicken Banh Mi, which was freshly made to order. The bread was toasted which was nice and still soft, but this seemed more like a chicken mayo sandwich and the chicken was slightly dry. I can only compare this to one I have had in Laos. I would maybe try the pork or beef.
Hidden gems in the back, small but cozy!

I got the Chicken Dumpling Noodle Soup and it felt like endless noodles, and the dumplings were delicious! Simple and good!
If you're a local like I am and want cheap eats this was worth it. Only like $13ish for this bowl. However I do wish that they had more sustainable, less plastic take on it especially for a hot soup. Regardless good!
Just be careful when ordering here because it does get busy...
