Tried a dish I'd never heard of before and it was crazy good! You have to try it! It's called Manchamanteles. If you enjoy savory and sweet, this was the perfect blend. Nothing overpowered. It's chunks of pork, pineapple and plantains cooked in a delicious mole of spices. Not the chocolate and peanut flavored mole, lighter and more delicate. It's served with mashed yams and black beans, but I threw everything into my corn tortilla and a flavor bomb exploded...
Went to El Moose for the first time today with some friends and we had the most amazing time! The food was spectacular and the service the very best!! I already can't wait to go back!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I gave 4 stars because the consistency of the food was a little weird. The chips came out hot and fresh, but the guac was lukewarm and not cold. The carne asada was also lukewarm and was still medium. I would’ve liked the meat to be more burnt....
