Seating area is a bit understated and I'm always a little bummed to have to pay for chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant, but the food and drinks here were delicious. Dishes seemed much more authentic than you'd find at a chain Mexican restaurant. I had the Alambres - shredded beef, chorizo, green pepper, onion, and poblano chile grilled together and topped with cheese, served with refried beans and tortillas - and loved it. Would definitely order it again, but...
Great place for authentic Mexican food! I had the carne asada tacos and the chips with guac. Both dishes were fantastic and the flavors were great. Staff was very attentive and friendly during the whole meal.

I gave 4 stars because the consistency of the food was a little weird. The chips came out hot and fresh, but the guac was lukewarm and not cold. The carne asada was also lukewarm and was still medium. I would’ve liked the meat to be more burnt....
Tried a dish I'd never heard of before and it was crazy good! You have to try it! It's called Manchamanteles. If you enjoy savory and sweet, this was the perfect blend. Nothing overpowered. It's chunks of pork, pineapple and plantains cooked in a delicious mole of spices. Not the chocolate and peanut flavored mole, lighter and more delicate. It's served with mashed yams and black beans, but I threw everything into my corn tortilla and a flavor bomb exploded...
